Overview

One of the most ambitious strategic investments in Albania, valued at €1.4 billion and led by Atlantic Incubation Partners LLC (associated with Jared Kushner), this project envisions transforming the historic Sazan Island into a world-class eco-luxury destination with resorts, private villas, a marina, and revitalized heritage sites. Designed to position Albania as a premier Mediterranean hub for high-end tourism, the project combines innovation, exclusivity, and sustainability.

Our company, iSec, as a leader in Albania in the field of monitoring systems, has made a significant contribution to the prestigious project of the luxury Eco-Resort "Tourist Resort – Sazan Island," an investment by Affinity Partners.

This project includes several unique villas, which according to the design, will be semi-underground and offer spectacular views of the Sazan Island coastline, with panoramic balconies overlooking extraordinary landscapes.

As part of the design and operation of all engineering works planned in the implementation project, the investing company identified the need to install a comprehensive system of equipment for the collection and monitoring of hydrometeorological and hydrogeological data. To meet this need, iSec assisted in supplying and installing advanced real-time monitoring sensors that measure parameters such as wind speed and direction, air temperature and humidity, as well as groundwater level and temperature.

What we delivered

The data provided by this monitoring system constitutes a critical component for engineering analyses and decision-making in the subsequent stages of project implementation and maintenance. They enable dynamic assessment of environmental and subsurface conditions, providing a reliable basis for hydraulic modeling, geotechnical evaluations, and the determination of appropriate protective measures and real-time design adjustments. Integration of this data into the project's digital management systems significantly enhances the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of the planned engineering works.
