The project involved the construction of a new 20 kV overhead line and installation of BOX-type substations to replace Fider 253\/1, financed by the Distribution System Operator (OSSH). Located in Zall Herr, Tirana, and implemented over a period of six months, the project aimed to strengthen the electrical distribution infrastructure, improve service reliability, and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.<\/p>\n

The works began with terrain preparation and excavation for the foundations of the poles, ensuring structural stability. Centrifugally reinforced concrete poles were installed to provide durability and long-term performance for the overhead line. AL-\u00c7 conductors were stretched to enable efficient and stable transmission of electrical energy across the network. Additionally, essential protective components such as insulators and 20 kV three-pole disconnectors were installed to guarantee safe and secure operation.<\/p>\n

The BOX-type substations were manufactured according to technical specifications, carefully transported to the site, and installed on pre-prepared foundations. They were properly leveled and anchored to ensure structural stability. Inside each substation, line cells, transformer cells, and low-voltage distribution panels were assembled, ensuring proper mechanical and electrical connections for seamless network integration.<\/p>\n

After installation, thorough quality testing was conducted to verify system compliance and performance, followed by commissioning and monitored operation to confirm stable and efficient functionality.<\/p>\n

The successful completion of this project significantly enhances the electrical distribution infrastructure managed by OSSH Tirana, providing consumers with improved reliability and quality of electricity supply.
