Reconstruction of the Historic “Iliria” Building for the Adaptation of the College of Europe

The historic "Iliria" building in Tirana has been fully reconstructed and adapted to host the College of Europe, one of the most prestigious international academic institutions. This marks the first campus of the College of Europe to open outside of a European Union member state, representing a significant milestone for Albania and its academic integration with Europe.

iSec played a key role in the restoration and transformation of the building, delivering a modern academic facility while preserving its historical character. The project focused on creating functional, state-of-the-art environments that meet European standards and provide optimal conditions for students, faculty, and visitors.

• Renovation of façades and interiors with contemporary finishes, blending modern design with heritage preservation.
